Water Booster Rocket Competition - 2009

• APRSAF-16 Water Rocket Event organise by National Science Museum (NSM) of Thailand & Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) on 21st to 24th January 2010 at Bangkok - Thailand.

• As continuous efforts, Water booster Rocket competition was hosted by Model Rocketry Club - India in Ahmedabad.

• We organise water booster rocket workshop for Students of Surat, Vijapur & Ahmedabad cities.

• Among 378 Participants from different school we select 49 participants in this competition.

• They will make Water booster Rocket from Plastic Bottle and launch them towards sky.

• On Final Round of Competition, I was selected two participants and nominating their name for participating in APRSAF-16 Water Rocket Event in Bangkok - Thailand on 21st to 24th January 2010.

• As an organiser, Resource Person and Jury Member I was conducted Water Booster Rocket Competition in Vanchetna Kendra, Ahmedabad on 15th November 2009.

• Dr. Narendra Bhandari - (Scientist PRL-Ahmedabad), Mr. M.P. Deomurari - (Scientist PRL- Ahmedabad) and Mr. Manoj Pai - (Astronomy Club - Ahmedabad) give continuous support & efforts to make event successful.

• Dr. Praful Bhavsar, (Ex-Director - ISRO) is a Chief Guest of this events. Dr. Bhavsar Give the Lecture on Water booster Rocket and also give valuable suggestion to Students.

• Dr. Praful Bhavsar declared the Winner Name and gives them good wishes for success in upcoming event of Water booster rocket competition in Bangkok - Thailand on 21st to 24th January 2010.
