In January 2004, the second state-level Vikram Sarabhai Model Rocket Competition was organized by Pratham Ambla.
A total of 178 participants from various locations in Gujarat, including Visnagar, Vadodara, Anand, Gandhinagar, Dehgam, and Ahmedabad, took part in the competition.
The event was inaugurated by Ms. Mrinalini Sarabhai, Director of the Darpana Academy for Performing Arts, Ahmedabad, and the prize distribution was conducted by Dr. N.V. Vasani, Vice Chancellor of Nirma University, Ahmedabad.
